Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request to cancel your order within one hour after placing your order. Our products are made to order and we will be unable to cancel or make changes once fulfillment has started. Contact Us to make your request.
 
Can I change my shipping address?
We will attempt to make the address change if the order has not shipped. Contact Us to make your request and include the correct address in the message section. If the order has shipped, contact the carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email with your tracking information and request that they hold the order at their local facility for you to pick up.
 
Where is my order confirmation email?
We automatically send an order confirmation email to the email address entered when the order is placed. If you are unable to find the email in your spam or junk folder, Contact Us and include the first name, last name, and email address used to place the order in the message section.
 

Shipping & Delivery

What are your standard shipping rates?
Standard Shipping on orders over $50 before tax: Free
Standard Shipping on orders under $50 before tax: $3.99
 
How long does it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery dates will be noted on the product's page and at checkout.
 
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that allows you to track your order on the carrier's website.
 
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently do not ship to any international addresses.
 
Is my order lost in transit?
After your order leaves our fulfillment center, we won’t have any additional information beyond what you see when you track your order. If you have delivery-related questions during shipment or want more specific tracking information, please contact the carrier directly.
 
What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
For the fastest service, please contact the carrier directly for more information. Sometimes carrier tracking information updates prematurely, and your order could be delivered within 24 hours. Please note that we do not cover refunds due to carrier errors.
 

Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?
Items in their original, unused condition can be returned within 28 days of the shipping date. *Gift cards, sale items, and customized products are not eligible for returns. We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
 
How to initiate a return?
Start your return by using the Returns Center page.
Ship your item(s) with the prepaid shipping label that we'll email to you.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and refunds can be expected within 7 business days after processing. Please note, a returns shipping charge will be deducted from your refund per prepaid shipping label used.
 
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Forgive us! Start a return by using the Returns Center page. Select the appropriate return reason (damaged or defective). Include a comment and upload a photo showing the entire item. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
 
Where is my refund?
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and refunds can be expected within 7 business days after processing. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card (if you selected the store credit option) excluding the shipping costs.
